Welcome to the Nightmare

    You wake up to the sound of dripping, opening your eyes to a darkened room, the only furniture being a desk in front of you and the chair you were sitting in. A person sat on the desk humming quietly to themselves before leaning forward.

    “Oooooo you’re awake! Good good!”

    “Who are you?”, you ask, looking around the room again.

    “Oh right silly me. You know me as KnightAnnabeth. Weird right?”, she giggles. “Don’t know where I came up with that, but I’m too lazy to change it.”, she taps her chin. “Just call me Knight, ‘kay!” hopping from the desk, she gives a bow. “I’m so excited to meet you! Welcome to my head! Well sort of. This is just a part of it. The rest of it’s pretty dark and scary. Anyways! Nice t’ meetcha!”, she hums sticking out a hand for you to shake.  

    “Right.”, you say shaking her hand.

    “You’re _______ right?! I have sooooo much to show you! Come with me!”, she grabs your wrist pulling you from the chair and down a hallway that hadn’t been there a few seconds earlier. “Or well not really that much, I’m a bit new at this. It’s something though!” She stops in front of a door with a piece of paper stuck to it, the letters OC scrawled in crayon. She opens the door giving you a wide smile. “This is where I keep all my babies!” An arrow flies past her head, sticking into the wall by the door. “Now Serena that’s not very nice.”, she frowns taking the arrow from the wall and twirling it between her fingers.

    “Who are all of you?”

    “Oh! These are all my OCs! The one that shot the arrow is Serena, my newest baby. She’s a sweetie. The one over there with the big scythe and the scary look on her face is Mira.”, Knight leans over whispering. “She’s upset cause I haven’t been paying attention to her recently.” A gunshot echoes in the small room. You cover your ears looking over at an auburn haired woman cleaning a rifle.  “Lilah honey I promise I’ve been working on the next part of your story.”

    “Good. I want off that damn ship!”

    “Oh who are you?”, Knight raises an eyebrow walking to the corner of the room where another woman stood completely silent and unmoving. “Oooooh right, you are….Shiori! I…don’t have much on you yet. Sorry love.”, she hums patting the woman’s shoulder. Knight turns back to you pointing across the room to two other woman, the blonde dressed as a princess, and the dark haired one as a knight. “Those two are my first OCs! Raven and Yukari. They are too precious!”, she runs over hugging them. “You two are so nice compared to the rest of my babies!”

    “Nice to meet all of you.”, you say, a little confused.

    “Oh right! I have another room to show you! Come on.”, she grabs your wrist pulling you from the room and into the hallway, standing in front of a wall. There were no other doors along the hallway, which also seemed to confuse the woman you were with. “There should be a door right her. Where did it go? It had all my ideas in it!!!”, she scratches her head with a sad smile. “Well I guess that’s all I have to show you right now. I’ll have more next time…”, she looks at the wall, confused by the lack of a door. “Well, have a nice day!”, she waves and she disappears leaving you in the hallway.
